A puppy's first groom sets the tone for every groom after it. If the first visit is calm, kind and full of praise, your pup will bound in happily next time. That is exactly what our puppy grooming service is designed to do.
We keep everything gentle and unhurried. Your puppy is introduced to the sights, sounds and handling of the salon in small steps — the table, the dryer on low, the feel of scissors and clippers — with lots of reassurance along the way. We work at your pup's pace and stop for cuddles whenever they need them.
The groom itself is a light tidy: a warm bath, gentle dry, brush-through, nail trim, and a neat trim around the face, paws and hygiene areas. You will also get advice on brushing at home and how often to book as the adult coat comes in.
